To prepare the first big event, the Annual Encounter, the management team of Platform11plus arrives at Budapest.

The playwrights commissioned by the theatres have met in Berlin. The ideas found by them in European schoolyard which will be finally processed into theatre plays are essential for the first steps of the project.

the artistic directors and business managers of all participating theatres have met at Brageteatret in Drammen/ Norway (leading organisation of Platform11plus) for the first encounter (Advisory Board). Main goals were to speak about the implementation of the project and to fix the timeline of the next four years.
