Ilaria Ariemme

Born in 1982 in Turin. She graduated in 2007 at Brera Accademy of Fine Art in Milan, where she studied stage design and costume for the show. Since 2007 she has been working in several theatrical productions: costume design of Midsummer Night’s Dream and La bottega dell’orefice (Compagnia Cantiere Centrale), and with this same company also design and realization sets and costumes for Apple by Dacia Maraini and assistance to the scene of sacred representation The miracle of the Corporale, on the parvis of the cathedral of Orvieto; assistant costume designer of Carla Ricotti for the opera Thais by J. Massenet – debut at the Teatro Megaron Athens Concert Hall, directed by A. Bernard; seamstress and toolmaker scene in the musical Deep Red directed by M. Calindri.
Of 2007 is the exposure of popular costum at the Set design Quadriennal of Prague, and of 2008 the collaboration with the designer Erasmo Figini (achievement of decorative elements on paper exhibited at the fair Maison & Objet Editeurs Paris 2009 and realization of 8 African sculptures displayed at the same fair in 2008) and with the fashion photographer Silvia Tenenti (design and construction of set).
